We're ending Season 4 with a bang: our last trait is to LIVE OUT LOUD.  In other words, our job is to talk, share, post, and testify in every way we possibly can of Christ's amazing power to deliver. Of His ability to save us from food addiction. From an eating disorder. From a negative body image, or mental obsession over our weight, or any other "horrible pit" the enemy has drop-kicked us into (Psalm 40). Put simply, the goal of Christ-centered health is to make sure everyone around us is able to find freedom and healing as we have.
