After college, everyone has an image of what their first "real world" boss will be like - you picture them never remembering your name, being scary, pushy and intimidating...but not Stefany's first boss. She was one of the lucky ones.

Stefany owes a lot of who she is, to Sara. Sara was more than a boss to Stef, she was her mentor, her coach, her therapist, her friend - and someone who helped grow her into the confident, courageous woman she is today.
