My good friend Don and I had a deep conversation about his pains and struggles that never seem to come to an end until very recently. He has somewhat come to terms with his painful past even as he continues to mourn over the loss of a very dear soul that changed his perspective on the definition of love when he thought no such thing existed. Present day, he finds himself in a much better place with the help of good company and expressing himself through music and humor.
