Summer is (finally) here and that means it’s time to talk about summer travel! Kelly’s in the studio today with special co-host and longtime travel buddy Traci to talk about the good, the bad, and the ugly of vacations.

Before the travel chat starts, it’s time for some updates. Kelly’s been busy planning her son Jack’s 21st birthday party and praying for good weather. At the same time, her daughter Caroline and son-in-law Preston are bringing home a special bundle of joy of the four-wheeled variety.

When the talk turns to travel, Kelly and Traci reminisce about family vacations of years past and how it’s different now that the kids are grown. Traci talks about her family’s plans to take a new beach spot for a spin (and what it’s going to take to get there.) Kelly shares about how she survived the gauntlet of trying to find a vacation house to fit her whole crew during the COVID-19 era.
