We are led by esoteric scholar and author Mitch Horowitz down a plethora of overlooked rabbit holes. It's an honor to have him on this episode talking about the mad 1840s that gave William Miller and so many others a platform, Satanism, and how we can be mindful seekers as we explore our faith.
This episode got long and we had to unfortunately cut some material. But when asked what recommendations he had for those on their own spiritual journey, Mitch immediately recommended the work of Ralph Waldo Emerson.
Also, stick around to the end for some #compliance humor!
