#4 Coming Home to Your True Essence through Mindfulness. Interview Special with Adriane David

Listen Later

In today's world, it's more important than ever to ground ourselves and live from our truest essence. If we don't grant ourselves the right to take time off for ourselves from our busy schedules and to find some stillness in the chaos, life can be challenging to say the least.

In this episode of the Happy Soul Podcast, I interview the beautiful Adriane David. She is a speaker, a workshop facilitator and a mindfulness coach who helps people bring more peace and mindful awareness into their lives. Adriane shares how she, as a former Type-A personality, struggled to be still and meditate and how she's been able to develop a regular meditation practice. She also gives valuable tips on how to develop an "increased awareness of the spaces between life and 'busyness of mind'."

You can connect with Adriane on Instagram and Facebook. Also, check out her website here.
