In today’s episode, we talk to Canadian ultra endurance athlete Dave Proctor. He’s one of the organizers behind the upcoming Quarantine Backyard Ultra and as a professional ultra runner, Dave has previously broken several world records including 12-hours and 24-hours running on a treadmill. Dave is also the founder of the Outrun Rare Foundation, which aims to draw awareness to rare diseases.
