In the fourth episode of Decoding the Law, we begin a series dissecting commonly found provisions in a Texas LLC Operating Agreement.  We specifically examine common boilerplate provisions found in the initial Formations section and then begin to examine provisions in the Members and Membership Interest section, followed by a discussion of how membership class splits and various changes in this section can affect members in the event of a divorce or judgment against a member personally.
