Titles matter guys, and I firmly believe that being "Under-titled" is worse than being underpaid because it's so much more limiting.

Marketability and Searchability
There’s nothing wrong with your role changing as you grow in your company, it’s amazing to be able to take on new responsibilities, but at our age, it’s important to get the messaging right.
