In this weeks all-nighter, I sit down with Dr. Nicholas Salter as we discuss diversity and inclusion as well as performance management and how work is being impacted by the virtual world. 

About our guest:

Dr. Salter is currently an Assistant Professor of Industrial-Organizational Psychology at Hofstra University. He teaches courses such as Diversity and Inclusion in the Workplace and Performance Management. He is the director of the Workplace, Inclusion, Leadership, and Diversity (WILD) research lab and advises students on their dissertations and other research projects. Dr. Salter is the recruitment and onboarding coordinator for the Delta Lambda Phi Social Fraternity and a monthly contributor to the Lead Read Today blog.
