Ivy has over 10 years of experience working with children with autism and other related developmental disorders and their families. She also has the pleasure of working with many families who are culturally and linguistically diverse. Ivy is committed to increasing access to service for underserved communities through partnering with local non-profit organizations and providing training workshops. She is also dedicated to improving the quality of ABA services, where she has conducted professional development workshops to ABA service agencies in the US, Hong Kong and Canada.
