We are in a moment of collective grief right now — and none of us have ever experienced anything like this in our lifetime. My conversation with Anna Shinoda explores different types of grief and how to approach dealing with and moving through grief. It was a healing episode for me and I hope for you too.

The following episode, The Process of Building Trust and Thinking Independently is with Lisa Ling. Lisa is a legendary journalist and has been a mentor of mine for years. As a kid I looked up to her individuality, but also to how she is able to get anyone to open up to her! In a time where we are looking for so much understanding with one another and connection, but also bombarded with opinions and thoughts, I felt like a conversation about building trust with people AND thinking for ourselves would be crucial.
