The day has come, people. We've got a celeb on the pod (and she's got the blue tick to prove it). In this episode, I am joined by food writer and deep thinker Sonya Gellert.
Before becoming a mum, Sonya travelled the world reviewing some of the fanciest hotels and restaurants you could ever imagine. She's worked for Escape Magazine, Vogue Living, Taste, and Delicious (just to name a few).
So, when her first baby came 2 months early, Sonya's life was turned upside down in the most jarring way imaginable. Motherhood wasn't what she expected, at all. 6 years down the track, Sonya has reclaimed her pink and along the way has learnt some really cool stuff. Some of which she is kind enough to share with me.
