In this episode, I’m with Rachel Goldenberg. She is the owner and head coach of Crossfit Parallax. She holds a Crossfit Level 2 certificate and enjoys teaching her gymnastics seminars within the tri-state area. She has coached multiple masters athletes and a team to the Crossfit Games as well as helped 2 individuals to the regional level in addition to herself

We talk about helping people who struggle with getting strict pull-ups, stringing pull-ups together, or basic gymnastic movements. She will be giving a lot of tips and professions that she is also doing with her own athletes.
