Today we are talking about 3 of the biggest threats to our mental health & well-being: fear, anxiety & overthinking.

Unfortunately many Peeps are suffering from these 3 bad guys who make our lives difficult and exhausting & it is not that easy to work on them and to get professional help. Additionally, general knowledge about possible tools & how to apply them is missing. I am sharing some facts about fear & anxiety and my personal tools & protocols to stop overthinking.


You can do it-I believe in you. You are special and more than enough. You don't need to be scared, all the potential to overcome everything that makes your life difficult is already there! It's inside of you and you just need to discover it & treat it with love and patience. You are loved. You are safe. You are perfect the way you are. You are important. Thank you for being you!
