-let’s identify what challenges you have - depression, anxiety, bipolar, etc.
-let’s start keeping a journal (yuck, we know) - document what they feel like, how long these episodes last or if you’re in a constant state of this challenge, what’s the experience like?
-how have you coped with it in the past?
-what has worked? What hasn’t?
-let’s start to establish a pattern or familiarity with these challenges - the best way to understand and combat something is by understanding it - journaling
Why we call them challenges and not illnesses!

Let’s talk love. Coming into 2020 single? Let’s make this year about “you”. Date yourself, get to know yourself, find that confidence. When you’re finally at peace with yourself, you’re going to start to attract the right kind of partners.
-how can you date yourself?
-did you do that vision board? What did that prince charming “look” like?
-2020 the year for dating apps?
