Our 4th annual SABWiL Human Rights Court has aspiring lawyers thrash through the Right to Citizenship, section 20 of our South African Constitution, Act No. 108 of 1996.  Our training court commemorates the signing into effect of this supreme law on 10 December 1996 in Sharpeville, Soweto by Tata Madiba.  SHRC Counsel prepare heads of argument and appear to address our moot court Justices.  Do peruse the court papers filed at https://www.sabwil.org.za at the SHRC tab at #s20 for a deeper dive.  These proceedings are accessible at SABWiL YouTube at https://youtu.be/ghjiRid71ys  .
