James was recently attending the ADIPEC conferences, one of the world’s top energy conferences. Being in Abu Dhabi and just days after COP26 was ended - was there anything to notice in terms of industry decarbonization efforts? And do companies collaborate well? A conservative industry like the energy sector is known for lengthy qualifications and also complexity for portfolio level adaption. And what about the workforce - is the industry attracting resources?
