Tech has come a long way in 6 months and a year. 

Lots of devices out there, lucid masks and headbands. 

There are SO many lucid dreaming devices out there, lucid dream masks and so on. 

Lots of them have failed, So what’s best?   

1: Instadreamer - Uses pavlovian conditioning, recently wrapped up no longer operating. 

Initial idea was good, but they stoppes this project because run out of money even though initial idea was good  

2: Lucid Catcher (failed)  

3: ZMAX sleep headband by Hypodyne, working quite well because its EEG, but its super non USER friendly (professional), costs 1.5k and works only with windows, not Mac  

4: TotemX (pending, very promising) - TotemX has a waiting list, (has only 1000 slots) and there’s a free app for that to YoruX, download it now and write your dreams there, or watch my previous review video of the app.
