We’ll never be able to free ourselves from negative thoughts entirely, but we can always choose what to do with them when they come up.
A great mentor once taught me to catch myself having negative thoughts, and replace them with better thoughts.
It’s not about elimination, it’s about observing and replacing.
It’s all about your bounce back time.
