the office to more than 540 agents, and lending his skills to build Exit offices nationwide.
Having earned a reputation in the industry as an unparalleled recruiter at Exit Realty, in
2012, Jimmy was offered a position with American Equity Mortgage to grow their
purchase mortgage division.
Soon after, in 2014 Jimmy was made National Business Development Manager with
AnnieMac Home Mortgage based out of Mt. Laurel, NJ. Since then Jimmy has helped
countless mortgage branch managers and loan officers double, and even triple their
production after joining AnnieMac.
