On this episode of Strangers No More, I sat down with Jumha from the Chicago land area. He is a coach/fitness guru/entrepreneur. He told me about his journey to becoming a coach, we talked about how to achieve pretty much anything you want with the resources you have, losing weight the right way and how to keep it off. We also talked about his athletic career along with some NFL and freak athlete discussions. He told me how proposing works in his culture and about meeting his fiancée's parents for the first time.
