We all say we hate certain things like food, movies or music. But what about more important things...? What about people? "I hate my parents!" "I hate that guy!" "I hate her!" The truth is, we all say that we hate certain people (or at least we think it). But we have news for you: What your feeling isn't hate. Hate isn't just what's on the surface. Like a sharks dorsal fin or the leaves of a tree or the tip of an iceberg...sometimes what we see on the surface is only a small part of the whole picture. And it's the same with hate... So, what are you feeling beneath the surface when you think you're feeling hate?
