Hailey Bekos is 20 years old and is from Doylestown, PA. Out of no where when she was going into 8th grade a crazy life event happened. One day she passed out and slipped into a 4 month long coma. She was later diagnosed with Anti-NMDA receptor encephalitis is a disease occurring when antibodies produced by the body's own immune system attack NMDA receptors in the brain. Hailey talks about her experience and how everything that happened is still kind of just a blur. She is now healthy and tells her story in full.
