In today’s episode, we hope to answer the central question: how do we balance the inclusion of those with neurodiverse conditions on a spectrum when contrasted models of disability exist extensively in law and policy? To answer this question, we have to define a few terms: “models of disability” and the specific “laws and policies” critical to understanding the intersection between disability and the neurodiversity movement.
