In this episode of Outdoor Instructor Chat, I was joined by Chris Green from CG Adventuresport. We discuss life as a freelance outdoor instructor, getting a degree in outdoor education. We also touch on a subject which came from a previous youtube video about using rules and principles to help teach clients and we question whether teaching with consequences could also be a consideration for teaching. Of course, there is the quickfire(ish) questions round.

I started in the outdoor pursuits industry because I can see the potential that it has to make a positive difference to those we work with. My hope is that by providing instructors with additional tools and resources they need they will be better equipped to unlock the potential of others and inspire them to do even more! This is why Instructor 101 exists today! So that you can make an even BIGGER impact on those you work with.
