I'm answering one of the biggest asks I get!! about SLEEP! and teaching our babies how to do it and everyone feeling safe and good.
One of the biggest things I have had to learn as a mother and a parent is to teach my toddler the skill of sleep! Something they can innately do but need to be reminded to the skill of how to fall asleep on their own and feel safe to stay asleep and get good rest! We share our personal stories of teaching our babies and toddlers sleep!!! AMAZING outcomes and it didn't involve leaving them crying for hours of end. It's a very hands on way that works and feels so good.
Co-sleeping and breastfeeding are key factors for me with an infant, so teaching them to sleep on their own can be a process! With so much info out there and different ways of doing it, when I was in desperate need to learn myself to teach my daughter, my friend Lindsey came in at the perfect time for me and shared one of the most powerful books and her personal experience..that has now, with my action taken on it that felt really good for me and my family, has helped us all sleep so much better.
What's amazing about the book. 'The Happy Sleeper' as well, if you choose to get it, is that it has chapters to help you with no matter your situation: one kid, different age kids, multiple kids, etc. And goes into the science behind it all, why they cry, the foundation of routines, etc.!
