In this weeks episode we bring in Kevin! Kevin is the shoe buyer of Fleet Feet Huntsville and just completed his first Mountain Mist 50k. We share some insight into how the slates got started at Mountain Mist, how this years runners did, a little discussion on whether or not this years course changes made the race harder, and we also get into all the trail maintenance we do year round to help keep Monte Sano in good shape. DISCLAIMER! We had a minor technical issue with one of the mics in today's episode. I would like to apologize for the clicking noise starting half way through. I managed to bring it down to a minimum, and I promise not to mess with the gain levels live next week :)
