Managing in the Middle

#4 Radical accountability: how to build a world-class team | Katharine See

Listen Later

Dr Katharine See is a respected respiratory physician who is one of the youngest Directors/Heads of Unit in Australia. An 'accidental' leader, Katharine was tasked with building a respiratory team at one of Melbourne's hospitals from the ground up.

Katharine overcame her own feelings of impostor syndrome to build a world-class respiratory team in spite of the challenges that Covid-19 threw at them. Her secret? Passion, purpose and what she calls 'significant accountability'.

Enjoy,

Ant & Dave
