The latest episode of Beyond The Muscle is now live.

It’s a mini episode this time as I reflect on my 2024 bodybuilding season.

It was fun to review the season a couple of months after the fact. The feelings you feel in the moment take on a different flavour when not in the heat of the moment.

I review the package we brought to each show as well as things I learned along the way, mistakes I made and things I need to work on in the future.
