Kaene Disepo, from Botswana, is a Masters student at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). He is also the founder of Inspired Horisons, an organisation that is changing the narrative of academic excellence in Botswana. He has won numerous awards for his work with young people in the education sector. We talk about how we define 'academic excellence', the lessons learned from studying abroad on scholarship, as well as the motivations behind his work in Botswana with Inspired Horizons.
