Scripture Story

#4 Romans 8: No Situation

Listen Later

During today's conversation on Scripture & Story, we are going to continue our journey through the greatest chapter in all of the Bible! By now, I hope you are as captivated by Romans 8 as I am. Isn't it amazing?! Packed with enough theological richness to occupy our minds and hearts until Jesus comes back, it is a practical guide to how you and I can walk with the Spirit of God.

Today we focus on Romans 8:26-30. Romans 8:28 is a well-known, well-loved verse: "And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose." What if we lived like we believe this is true? What if we had confidence that God is able to use EVERYTHING in our lives for our good and His glory? I bet that would change our perspective of our circumstances - especially those ones that feel anything but good. I'm so excited for our conversation today!
