Today, change is happening at break-neck speed. Unlike our parents and grandparents, who grew up in an era when it was okay for people to stick with the old ways, reinventing ourselves is essential to our progress, in both our personal and professional life.  

Yet change doesn’t come so easily to most of us because of the discomfort it often brings. It’s also tough to determine when we need to reinvent ourselves. These windows of time are tough to pick up, unless we’re tuned in.
