I talk with Namoi Veak about My Sober Girlfriends, a project she started to help build community for women in the Portland, Oregon area who want to connect with other sober women. We also talk about authentic relating and how it can help sober women (and everyone, for that matter) make more meaningful connections.

Naomi is an authentic relating teacher and facilitator, a nature connected life coach-in-training, founder of the My Sober Girlfriends social community for badass sober women, and has been sober from alcohol and marijuana since 2018.

She finds purpose in creating unique opportunities for growth-oriented sober folks to connect more deeply with themselves, other people, and the greater world around them.
