Brian is one of under 270 Master Sommeliers in the entire world, he has been featured in numerous national and international publications and was named as “The Wine Guy to Hire” by Departures magazine and among the "40 Under 40 Tastemakers" by Wine Enthusiast. Brian and I discuss everything behind the scenes of the incredible journey to film the Somm trilogy, to becoming a Master Sommelier and perhaps the announcement of a 4th Somm feature in the making. We also will be diving into the fascinating topic of regenerative farming, as well as his foreseeable uprising of hard ciders.
Brian is a true lover of nature and currently calls the mountains in Santa Barbara home. Due to the nature of where this is being recorded there will be a few parts during this episode where the sound quality may get just a little disrupted, however, it’s a story that you definitely don’t want to miss.
