Perfectionism!

We all know someone (maybe even yourself) who constantly strives for perfection in everything they do.

Often telling themselves it's their strength!

Wearing it like a badge of honour may actually be holding you back from reaching your true potential.

It's usually driven by fear or a belief of not being good enough.

The fear of judgment and getting things wrong can be paralyzing.

The need to be perfect prevents people from taking risks and doing the things that will create the life they dream of.

Whilst it may seem scary, letting go of perfectionism is liberating, it's freedom.

It allows you to let loose, make mistakes, and learn from them without the constant pressure to be flawless.
