I spent a large majority of my life in fear and with non ending negative thoughts.
When I finally realized that it was time to turn it around all I found was terrible advice.
I searched on Google and found article after article about Anxiety disorder, health anxiety disorder, depression, etc..
You know the sarcastic saying "If it's on the internet, it must be true." Well... I didnt get the memo at the time, so I started accepting that garbage as truth.
Look, your mind can do some amazing things, but it can also keep you trapped.
Compulsive negative thinking is somthing you can stop, on this episode I share the 4 steps that helped me turn my life around!
