This week’s podcast episode is a shout out to everyone who’s losing their energy as fast as I am.
It happens every year like clockwork for me as the days get shorter at the same time that we get deeper into the school year. Both things converge to cause me to be T-I-R-E-D!
I know you’re feeling it too! So how do we make sure we have the energy we need to keep going in this life that we’re called to, whether it’s in our homeschools, with our homemaking or in our relationships?
I’ve had to learn this lesson the hard way and I want to make it easier for you. I’ll be diving into our mindset and our habits surrounding taking care of ourselves.
Don’t worry, this has nothing to do with an extensive workout routine, diet plan or an entire overhaul of your schedule!
It’s more about what we can remove from our schedules and how we can add the pleasant things in life like rest and play that even serve to improve our health and energy.
