We can all tell predictable stories about our business but unfortunately (and check LinkedIn for evidence of this) when you’ve heard one, you’ve heard them all.


To help get your creative juices flowing here are some ideas for more unique stories you may not have thought about. 


  • The Community Impact Story. This is where we share how our small businesses have positively influenced our local communities. 
  • The Behind-the-Scenes Story. This is the part where we give our audience a sneak peek into the daily operations and the hard work that goes into running our businesses. Check our Belinda at Pothies for great examples of behind the scenes content shared over Reels and TikTok
  • Your founding story. This one's always special because it's your unique journey. 
  • The Failures and Lessons Learned Story. Yes, we've all faced setbacks, made mistakes, and encountered challenges along the way. But guess what? These stories can be incredibly inspiring and insightful.
