4. Stuck in a revenge cycle loop

I am currently stuck in a revenge cycle loop. Chances are you've been there yourself?

- I am feeling so spent the moment I get time to myself, instead of doing something that will uplift me, I'm doom scrolling, and wasting my time being busy.

- The difference between passive and active rest or what I'm calling junk food/fast food rest and nourishing rest.

- The importance of building in 'you time' amongst the day, model it for your kids.

- Choosing the best option and then adjusting if and when it needs too.

- Shifting your expectations from pre pregnancy, when you had one kid and so forth.

Finally I dive into what's keeping me well, and what's a little warning and it helped to talk it out.
