The House Settlement has been approved...finally. The NCAA has released a 36-page Q&A document about how D1 schools can expect to implement the coming changes. Very nice of them! Considering all of this goes into effect in two weeks. We dive into the document, highlighting some of the more notable "answers" and of course, we will discuss philosophically where this landmark case puts college sports.
