1. Spend time in nature.

2. Reduce online time drastically.

3. One of these: Play an instrument for 20 minutes. Read and contemplate old mythology and symbolism. Do 20 minutes of Tai Chi. Do something creative like writing a poem, a little story, make a painting, or compose a song.

All of which stimulates the right brain hemisphere, and could start a path to a more balanced Renaissance Mind outlook, and experience of life.
