In episode 3 we discuss the idea of cleaning out your soul of unnecessary attachments, but now that we've emptied the soul, what should we fill it up with?
We discuss how it is not enough to just rid ourself of vice, but to actively pursue virtue. This discussion leads us through Bruce's struggle and then eventual triumph with not eating dessert and whether or not it is more important to have a positive vision of what your life could be or a negative vision of what it will be to motivate lasting change.
We then finish off with the first ever (to our Knowledge) Stoic game show called, "Is it Taylor Swift or Is It Epictetus?"
It's harder than you may think.
