1. Uncover a limiting decision around why you are living life FOR others rather than yourself. When did you decide or choose to believe that the most true version of yourself won't be accepted or loved? Is this the ultimate truth or is this just a story?
2. Decide what it is that you want for yourself. When we live our lives for others we tend to lose connection to "what lights me up? What brings me joy" How do I want to show up in the world. What does she believe to be true about herself. What does her vibration FEEL like? What feels really f'ing good to ME. This is YOUR time. Your time to discover what fulfills you and what nourishes you. Give yourself permission to live life FOR YOU.
3. Practice saying NO and DEFINE + Set your energetic boundaries. Whenever something or someone requires your time + energy - how do you respond? Is it an automatic YES without even considering if it will even nourish and fulfill you? There is SO much power in saying, 'NO.' When you respect your energetic boundaries and time, others will as well.
4. Commit to YOU. Commit to your needs, your desires. Commit to what lights you up. Commit to how you want to live your life on your own terms, not on anyone else's. To what it is that you truly want for yourself out of this life! Don't allow external circumstances to dictate how you FEEL.
