Energy vampires are normal people like you and I who are in constant need of other people’s energy. They may use other people’s energies to recharge or cleanse themselves. Not all energy vampires are intentionally sucking your energy. Alot of people view babies as energy vampires purely because they need your energy and attention and leave you very exhausted. Or it could be someone going through a break up who cannot be alone with their own thoughts. Energy vampires are people who you may feel exhausted around after hanging out with them. You may feel like you need to go home and cleanse, or nap, or eat, or ground yourself and remove the excess energy.
