4. What my therapist says: The Power of Discipline

In this episode, I aim to inspire others through a motivational- type speech on the importance of discipline. I take a lot of inspiration from my therapist, Sophie who allows me to change my toxic, cyclical behaviour patterns that often lead to unwanted outcomes. I open up about the importance of remaining stedfast and never losing sight of your long terms goals, no matter how your short term emotions may make you feel. This is called the 'outward- in' approach... an approach that enables you to achieve all that you want irrespective of how debilitating your mood/ emotional state may be.

FYI: It truly only takes forty days to build a habit, so when all motivation is lost, depend on your grit and discipline to help you achieve all that you want!
