When I recently finished an online Action Learning program for a corporation, I received feedback. It was not only about business results the group came up with. It was also about how they felt in those meetings. That they got support, felt heard and important, not alone with their problems and could see that they matter for others in the company.
That resonates with the WHY of Action Learning (or one of the WHYs) plus relates very much to what some noble people connected to human development said, such as Eric Berne, Carl Rogers or Eugene Gendlin.
Enjoy this episode. Great to have you here :)
