First though, Neil provides an update on spending his Thanksgiving in Turkey of all places, including a general vibe check and a sandy take on their coffee (1:00). Along the way, they manage to uncover a potential ongoing conspiracy at Big Orange Juice (5:40). Is there such a thing as orange juice with natural pulp or have we been trolled all along?

Then, for the meat between the two loaves of bread of the episode, Nicola interviews Jim Winship, the CEO of the British Sandwich Association (17:54). Jim and Nicola postulate on the size of the UK sandwich industry, its origins and future before diving into what all the listeners want to know: is a hotdog a sandwich? What about a burger? And will LIP be the podcast of choice for next year's Sandwich awards (SAMMIES)? Tune in to find out!

They round things off by calling a recent winner of the SAMMIES to continue building their network in the industry (50:30).
