Jester's quest to complete all 40 Day Hikes from the book, Great Day Hikes ON North Carolina's Mountains to Sea Trail continues in this episode! Jester chats to us about hikes 21, 22, and 23 but also shares some awesome interviews along the way with those who have completed some "challenges" of their own.

During Hike #21, you will hear from Mary Stewart who was the guest in Episode #39 and Jester's friend Kansas who she hiked with on the AT in 2015.

After Hike #22, Jester met up with Hussein El-Genk and Nashua Oraby and their four kids who are the first people to complete the "40 Hike Challenge".

During Hike #23, Jester got a chance to hike with and interview Tara Dower, who is the current Fastest Known Time Holder for the Mountains to Sea Trail. You will hear Part I of that interview in today's episode.
