After a comment from a friend, I realized that I haven’t been taking enough time for myself lately.  I’ve been trying to fill the cup of others instead of my own.  But, it’s time to practice what I preach and Rebuild my Beast a little stronger.  With that said, I will be taking some time to recalibrate.
